Welcome to www.ButtercreamBar.com (“Site” or “Buttercream Bar"). This site is owned and operated by Buttercream Bar(“Buttercream Bar”). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Refund and Return Policy (together “Policies”) as modified or amended, will govern your use of the services and features of the Site. By using the Site, you signify your agreement to the Terms of Use and the Policies, whether or not you have read the same. Buttercream Bar reserves the right to change the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use or the Policies from time to time and at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion. If Buttercream Bar decides to change the Terms of Use or the Policies, Buttercream Bar will post a new version of the Terms of Use and Policies on the Site and update the date specified above. Product Description

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products on our Site including its color. However, Buttercream m Bar does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The product pictures are indicative and may not match with actual products.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. 

Refund Policy

Buttercream Bar is not responsible for orders that are incorrectly submitted through the online store, phone, or email. All orders must be cancelled by the customer at least three days in advance of the order pickup/delivery date listed on the item in order to receive a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our shipping/delivery options on each item. Buttercream Bar will contact customer to arrange pickup/delivery times for the day selected and will make every reasonable effort to work with customer schedules. However, if there is no response by customer confirming the pick up/delivery agreement before 3 days of the selected date, Buttercream Bar may cancel the order. Buttercream Bar may charge an additional fee to reschedule pick up or delivery for a different date. 

Delivery items will be dropped off at the door at the desired delivery window time. Delivered items should be brought into the house as soon as possible. Buttercream Bar is not liable and will not offer refunds if product is damaged due to sitting outside. 

Resolution of Disputes

All claims, disputes, and other matters in question arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach of this Agreement (in any event, a “Dispute”) shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The mediator may offer such guidance as the mediator deems appropriate to facilitate the resolution of the Dispute.
